Steps to your Home Purchase

Step 1

We'll have a quick conversation by phone, Zoom, or in person to talk through your goals, timeline, and budget. I'll walk you through the buying process so you know exactly what to expect and answer any questions you have. No pressure, just a friendly chat.

Step 2

Once you have a pre-approval from a lender, we sign a buyer agreement and the fun begins — touring homes! I'll send you listings that match your criteria and we'll tour together (in person or virtually). When you find the one, I'll help you put together a competitive offer.

Step 3

When your offer is accepted, we move into escrow. I'll be with you every step of the way — coordinating your inspection, navigating contingencies, communicating with the title company and your lender, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Step 4

You'll sign the final paperwork, get the keys, and start your Oregon Coast chapter. This is my favorite part — and I'll make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. 🎉
