How the coast became home

I grew up in Portland, and my love for the coast started at my family's beach house, built in the 1960s a block from the ocean in Manzanita. I've lived on the coast for about a decade now. My husband grew up here, our kids are growing up here, and they're the reason I do this work.

That means real numbers, honest pricing advice, and local knowledge you won't get from a website, like which streets flood, what a short-term rental permit really takes, or why two homes a mile apart can sell for very different prices.
